We recommend children, 5 years old and up, to play with our products with parent or guardian supervision. However, the fun is not just for children! Any one in the family can use our products.

The cost of shipment depends on the quantity, size, and weight of the product(s) you are purchasing, and the shipment option you choose. 

Delivery times can range anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks depending on where you live. We will provide a tracking number in an email when your order ships so you are able to see the estimated delivery time. 

Yes, we do ship our Fun Gripper, Grip Zone, and Fireball products internationally! There may be Customs fees applied to your order, depending on the country and postal code. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We currently do not ship our Fun Gripper, Grip Zone, and Fireball products to P.O. Boxes. If you do not have a physical address, we suggest you ship your order to someone close to you who does (i.e. parents, siblings, etc.).

At this time, our retail store location is currently closed. All orders will be shipped and sent to the address you provided when checking out. We are sorry for the inconvenience. 

You have 30 days after you received your item(s) to return in its original packaging. 

If your product or products came damaged in some way, shape or form, or it was not what you were looking for, you have 30 days, from the day you received it, to return the item(s). This policy works the same with exchanges. If you bought a product(s) that you were not satisfied with and want to exchange it for another product(s) in the shop, you will have 30 days after you have received your product(s) to exchange. Exchanges will only be applied to products that have not been opened. For more information, contact us!

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, you will have only 24 hours after you placed your order. Please call us at our toll free number for questions, comments or concerns regarding your order.

We will never charge you when you place an order. You will only get charged when you order ships, and you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order!

To check the order of your status, you will be provided a tracking number in an email when your order is shipped. If you did not receive a confirmation email after you submitted your order, please contact us right away so you can enjoy the fun!
